ERTHA Beta v0.3 launches next Thursday — July 28th!
That’s right, Erthians! v0.3 is almost here, and it’s gonna be worth the wait. The full patch notes will be released on the day of the update, together with our traditional update launch broadcast and overview on twitch.tv/ertha_game. Here’s what you need to know:
Update Overview
- Play and Learn
v0.3 introduces P&L in the form of university studies. You’ll be able to level up the skills of your character AND your skills in-real-life. Get ready for fast paced quizzes, engaging questions, leaderboards to show off your brains, and more. The combined IQ of the ERTHA community is gonna be off the charts!
- Energy Mechanics
To learn and increase your skills, of course, you’re gonna have to spend energy! v0.3 introduces the first iteration of ERTHA’s Energy Mechanics. For now, you’ll only be able to recover energy with time, so use it wisely!
- ERTHA Desktop Client
That’s right! After listening to community feedback and doing thorough research, it became clear that the ERTHA Client is not only good to have, but a necessity. Better graphics, better performance, more intricate mechanics — all of this would be possible on the ERTHA Client. Therefore, starting from v0.3, the web-based version of ERTHA will be discontinued, and ERTHA will become client-exclusive. Surprise!
