We recently told you more about land in Ertha and what is has to offer. Today, we will talk about who you can become once you have taken control of your land!
There are three character types to choose from in Ertha. They are: Businessman, Scientist, and Warrior.
Today’s focus will interest those who fancy themselves as a businessman, with hopes of building their very own empire within Ertha.
There are plenty of reasons you might want to get into business in Ertha. Maybe you’re after the power and social recognition that comes with running a mega-corporation? Maybe you want the satisfaction of turning the empty wasteland you found yourself in, into a prosperous community full of opportunities for you and those that reside there?
Whatever the reason may be, one thing you can be sure of is that it won’t be easy! As a business owner, you will probably be in the business of production and supply. What you will be producing will depend on the natural resources found on your land. Players on top of their game could even begin exporting their goods, allowing them to scale their business internationally, becoming the supplier of resources that are scarce in other parts of the world.
In order to achieve this you will need to find a skilled workforce capable of operating your factories machinery. This ties into Ertha’s Play-to-Learn features as you will be relying on your fellow Erthians to learn and gain the skills required to work for you.
Assembling your workforce will require you to negotiate job contracts which allow a business owner and their employees to exchange energy for money. Players that are skilled in this area will be able to leverage the workforce they have built to reap the benefits of Ertha’s Play-to-Earn features.
The more Ertha tokens you have, the easier your time in Ertha will be. Maybe you will spend your tokens on additional properties which can be rented out, or on temporary boosters which are used for services that allow you to skip wait times for traveling and working, or offer protection from attacks.
