At the ERTHA HQ, like many of you, we are keeping a watchful eye on the events taking place between Russia and Ukraine. On Earth, most of us are powerless to enact meaningful change. This is not the case in ERTHA. The Erthaverse is your chance to set the record straight.
As tensions escalate, we look at how these events will closely reflect in the game we are devoting so much of our lives to. Ertha will be an accurate simulation of the world we live in. Natural disasters will occur, countries will form alliances, invade territory, and engage in warfare. Real world events will affect the metaverse.
Take up arms and ally with your neighbors to fight back a hostile invasion. Alternatively, use careful planning to become the aggressor and escalate to all-out warfare. Place trade sanctions on nations and hit them where it really hurts — their pockets! Restricting a nation’s access to specific resources is an extremely viable tactic.
Alliances will be essential for developing nations. Use them wisely to enact lasting change by forming governments and political parties. Partner with neighboring landowners or nations and navigate your way through conflict. Ultimately, it will be you who gets to make the big decisions.
